WHO has released a list of 12 bacteria or bacterial families with greatest threat to human health, 9of them are Gram-negative bacteria, which has multi-layered cell wall that prevents many antibiotics from accessing. Therefore, it is very difficult to develop drugs against Gram-negative bacteria. Here we list the common antibiotics for the treatment of Gram-negative pathogens infection.
